Within the last week Coronavirus has left many grocery stores with empty shelves. This is because many consumers have been “panic buying” non-perishable foods and cleaning products. This new habit has left the vunerable members of the population without the things they need. This is why Stop & Shop, as well as many other grocery stores have set aside hours for only the eldery and the immunocompromised to shop duirng. In Connecticut Coronavirus has led Governer Ned Lamont to mandate that malls and other areas where large crowds can gather temporarilly close.
